Disconnecting from Remote Support
At any point in time, you can choose to end the remote support session, disconnecting the technician from your computer.
In order to do so, right-click on the Remote Support icon in the system tray in the bottom right corner of your computer.
Then left-click Close in the pop-up menu that appears.
