Connecting to Remote Support
Make sure you have read and understood the precautions listed on our Remote Support web page prior to using this program.
Get the Remote Support client program here.
If you receive a download prompt from Internet Explorer, click the Open button.
If you receive a download prompt from Mozilla Firefox, make sure the radio button in front of Open with is marked and CompressedFolder (default) is selected in the drop-down menu.
Then, click the OK button.
A new window will appear. Double-click the Remote Support Client icon.
If you receive a security prompt, click the Run button.
The VSU Remote Support Client program should start.
Double-click on the name of the channel designated by the IT technician.
You have successfully connected to Remote Support.
Be aware that your computer is now visible to the IT technician and you are sharing control of the computer.
