Restoring Your Virtual Machine Using a Previous Snapshot
If you ever encounter technical issues when using your virtual machine, you can restore it to a previously taken snapshot.
WARNING: By restoring the virtual machine to a previous snapshot, you lose ALL changes made since the snapshot was created. Thus, we recommend backing up all of your important work to another device such as a jumpdrive or DVD prior to using the steps listed below.
Step 1:
Click on the VMware Fusion icon in the dock.

If the VMware Fusion icon is not in the dock, click on the Finder icon in the dock.

Then, click Applications in the left sidebar.
Finally, double-click the VMware Fusion icon in the right window.

Step 2:
Click the Rollback button at the top of the Virtual Machine screen.

Step 3:
Select the Snapshot you wish to rollback to.
Then, click the Restore Snapshot button.
Step 4:
Finally, click the Don't Save button.
The snapshot creation process will begin. Please be patient as this process may take some time. During this time, the virtual machine may appear to be slow or unresponsive.
