E-mails from Trusted Senders Only

This Guide will explain how to enable or disable a setting that prevents receiving e-mails from Trusted Senders only.

Step 1:

You must be successfully logged into hte Valdosta State University Microsoft Outlook Web App to complete these steps.

Step 2:

Click Options.

Click the options drop down menu

 

Step 3:

Select See All Options...

Select see all options

 

Step 4:

Choose the Block or Allow tab on the left.

Select block or allow tab on left side of page

 

Step 5:

At the bottom of the page, click the check box next to Don't trust e-mail unless it comes from someone in my Safe Senders and Recipients list or local senders to enable or disable receiving e-mails only from trusted senders.

Check or uncheck box at bottom of page
