Setting up your Security Question
You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Highlight your name and click the Account link.
Note: For purposes of this screenshot, some personal information has been removed. You should see your Name next to the dropdown arrow.
Click the Change button next to the Question field.
Note: For purposes of this screenshot, some personal information has been removed. If you have provided an Alternate e-mail address, it should appear in that field.
Type in your password next to the Password: field.
Then, select a Question: and Secret answer: to recover your account if needed.
Finally, click the Save button.
Note: Since this is used to get access to your account, make sure your answer is not something that anyone knows.
