Text Chat (MAC)

Step 1:

Double-click on the name of the contact you wish to initiate text chat with.

Step 2:

A window will appear display both your profile and your contact's profile. Click inside the empty text box and begin typing your message.

When you have completed your message, press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Messages from both you and your contact will appear directly above the text box.

type your message and hit Enter to initiate chat

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
