Installing the Messenger Client (MAC)
Note: Before proceeding with these steps, please download the Wodows Live Messenger Client. We have steps available for downloading it here.
Step 1:Double-click the installation file you have downloaded.
Step 2:A Microsoft Messenger window should pop up. Then, click on the Microsoft Messenger icon and drag it to the Applications folder.
Step 3:Microsoft Messenger should now appear in your Applications folder.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed Windows Messenger Live. If this does not correct the issue, please contact the VSU IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@valdosta.edu or at 229-245-4357. Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address. |
