Adding Contacts (MAC)

Step 1:

Click the green plus (+) Add icon.

Click the green ADD button

 

Step 2:

Enter the e-mail address for the user you wish to add in the appropriate field.

Enter a personalized invitation message, if you wish.

Then, click the Next button.

Type the email address of the contact you with to add

 

 

Step 3:

Click the Finish button. When the invitation is accepted, you will be able to chat with the person you invited.

Click the Finish button

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
