Voice Chat (MAC)

Step 1:

Double-click on the name of the contact you wish to initiate voice chat with.

Double click the name of the contact

 

Step 2:

A window will appear display both your profile and your contact's profile. Click the Call icon.

 

Click the Voice Icon

 

Congratulations! You have successfully initiated voice chat. If you encounter issues while performing these steps, please contact the VSU IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@valdosta.edu or at 229-245-4357.

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
