  • Adjusting your Time Zone - If your e-mail or calendar time stamps are displaying incorrectly, you may have the wrong time zone configured in Windows Live.
  • Cannot Download Attachments - If you experience an error when downloading attachments reporting, "Internet Explorer cannot download attachment.ashx..." you may need to change Internet Explorer's security options.
  • Turning Off The Blind and Low Vision Expeience - If you are missing features in Windows Live, such as e-mail preview or various view options in calendar. you may have your Blind and Low Vision option set.
