Auto Reply to Your E-mail (aka Vacation Message)
You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Click the Options link in the top-right corner.
Click on the Organize E-mail tab.
Click the Automatic Replies button.
Mark the radio button in front of Send automatic replies.
You can choose a time period for the automatic replies if you wish.
Then, type the message you would like to be used for the automatic reply.
Finally, choose whether you would like to send the automatic replies to external senders.
Note: This message will be used for BOTH non-vsu senders attempting to contact you and VSU faculty and staff accounts.
Click the Save button.
When someone sends you an e-mail, you will still receive it. However, the person who sent you the e-mail will also receive an e-mail in return with your vacation message similar to the one shown below.

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
