Unblocking E-mail Addresses

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

 

Step 2:

Click the Options link in the top-right corner.

Click Options

 

Step 3:

Click the Security tab. If the Blocked Senders list is not displayed, click the Manage Blocked Senders List link.

Go to the Blocked Sender List

 

Step 4:

Click on the e-mail address you wish to remove from your Blocked Sender List. Then, click the Remove button.

Remove the person from the List

 

Step 5:

Click the My Mail link on the top-right to return to your e-mail.

Click My Mail
