Sharing Your Calendar
You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Then, click the Calendar tab on the left window.
Right-click on the name of the calendar you wish to share in the left window.
Then, hover over Share.
Finally, left-click Share This Calender... in the pop-up menu.
In the To... section, type in the Email address of the person you would like to share the calender with.
Optionally, you may modify the subject and description to explain why you are sharing the calendar.
Note: If you are selecting a user from your address book, you must select from your Global Address Book, not your contacts.
Select the radio button in front of the appropriate sharing option:
All information - This option allows the recipient to view your calendar, but prevents them from making modifications.
All information with permission to add, edit, and delete - This option allows the recipient to view and make changes to your calendar.
Then, click the Send button.
If you would like to change a recipient's permissions to your calendar, repeat the steps listed in this guide, but select a different radio button in step 4.
Congratulations! You have successfully shared a calender on Windows Outlook. If this does not correct the issue, please contact the VSU IT Helpdesk at email@example.com or at 229-245-4357.
