Reporting Suspicious Email

Step 1:

You must have successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

 

Step 2:

First, right-click on the email from the sender you wish to block and choose Forward as Attachment.

Step 3:

Next, highlight the subject of the message you wish to report and Copy it, followed by Pasting it into the subject line of your new message.

Step 4:

Make sure to leave the body of the new message completely Empty.

Step 5:

Finally send the message to abuse@messaging.microsoft.com.

Send message to address listed in instructions
