Recovering Deleted E-mails

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

Step 2:

In the Deleted Items folder.

Click the check mark box for every item you wish to recover..

Step 3:

Click on the Move option.

Click on the Move Option

Step 4:

Choose the Folder you wish to move the deleted messages to.

Then, Click the Move button.

Specify the folder you wish to recover the emails to and then click the Move button

Step 5:

If you need to recover any e-mails that you previously deleted from the Deleted Items folder, follow these additional steps. These additional steps can only be performed in Internet Explorer and Safari.

Right-click on the Deleted Items folder.

Then, select Recover Deleted Items from the menu.

Right Click on Deleted Items and select Recover Deleted Items from the resulting menu

Step 6:

Click on the Move button.

Click on the Move button

Step 7:

Select the Folder that you want to move the recovered e-mails to.

Then, click the Recover... button.

Congratulations! You have successfully recovered a deleted e-mail.
