Sending message Header Details to a Technician
Step 1:You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide. Once you have done so, click Mail in the left window. Then, double-click the message you wish to obtain the header details from.
Step 2:The message will open in a separate window. Click the Message Details button. (Note: It should be an icon that resembles an open envelope with a document next to it.)
Step 3:A pop-up window will appear. Highlight the entire contents of the Internet Mail Headers text box. Press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard. While continuing to hold this key, press the letter C on your keyboard. Then, release both keys. (Alternatively, you can right-click inside this text box and then click Select All in the pop-up menu that appears. Then, right-click on the highlighted area and left-click Copy in the pop-up menu that appears.) Click the Close button. Then close the message by clicking the X button on the message window.
Step 4:Click the New button to compose a new e-mail message.
Step 5:In the To field, type in:
Click in the body section of the e-mail. Press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard. While continuing to hold this key, press the letter V on your keyboard. (Alternately: you can right click and select paste.) Finally, click the Send button.
