Turning Off The Junk E-mail Folder
Note: You only want to follow these steps if adding sender's domain to the safe senders list does not work. To follow these steps, click here.
You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Once you have done so, click the Options link in the top-right corner.
Click Block or Allow in the left sidebar.
Then, mark the radio button next to Don't move mail to my Junk E-mail folder.
Congratulations! You have successfully turned off your junk e-mail folder.
