Joining a Group

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

Then, click the Options link on the top-right corner.

Click Options

Step 2:

Click the Groups tab.

Click Groups

 

Step 3:

Under the Public Groups I Belong To section, click the Join... button.

Step 4:

Type in the name of the group you wish to join and press Enter.

Click on the group you wish to join.

Click the Join button.

type in the name of the group you wish to join and press enter. click the group then click on join

 

Step 5:

You will receive a notification confirming that you have joined the group.

Finally, click the Close button.

a message will come up confirming that you have joined the group. click the close button.
