Forwarding a Task

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

Then, click the Tasks tab on the left window.

Click Tasks

Step 2:

Right-click on the name of the task you wish to forward.

Then, left-click Forward on the pop-up menu that appears.

Click Forward

 

Step 3:

In the To... field, enter the e-mail address you wish to forward the task to.

You may choose to include further details and descriptions in the bottom text box.

Finally, click the Send button.

Enter the Information and Send

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
