Filtering Messages from a Specific Address
Step 1:Make sure you have completed the steps from our guide for Filtering Mail before proceeding. Step 2:Click Move messages from someone to a folder.
Step 3:Click the people or distribution lists link in the left window.
Step 4:In the From -> field at the body, type the address of the person(s) you would like to filter messages from. Then, click the OK button.
Step 5:Click the specified link in the left window.
Step 6:Click the name of the folder that you would like the e-mails to be filtered to. Then, click the OK button.
Step 7:In the Name: field, enter a title for the filter. Then, click the Save button.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up a filter for mail from a specific address. |
