Send an E-mail to an Address in the Exchange Directory

Step 1:

Make sure you have completed the steps from our guide for Accessing the Exchange Directory before proceeding.

Step 2:

You may either scroll through the list of addresses or use the search bar at the top of the Exchange Directory to locate an address. When you have found the address, double-click it and it will appear in the To -> field at the bottom. Then, click the OK button.

Step 3:

You will be returned to your e-mail. You should likewise see the address listed in the To... field here. After you have finished writing your e-mail, click the Send button in the top-left corner.
