Creating a Task

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

Then, click the Tasks tab on the left window.

Click Tasks

Step 2:

Click the New button.

Click New

 

Step 3:

A pop-up window will appear. Fill in any information you wish.

Note: We recommend at least listing a one line description of the task in the Subject field and a more detailed description in the lower text box.

Include Relevant Task Information

 

Step 4:

When you have finished, click the Save and Close button.

Click Save and Close

Step 5:

Your task should appear in your task list.
