Turning Off Conversations
Conversations can help you keep track of message threads by bundling e-mails together based off of subject and sender. If you prefer to disable this feature, please follow these steps.
You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Then, click the Drop-down arrow on the right of Arrange by:
Finally, uncheck the Conversation checkbox.

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
