Cannot Download Attachments
Error Received when downloading attachments:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps.
Step 1:Click the Tools menu. Then, select the Internet Options... link.
Step 2:Make sure the Advanced tab is selected. Then, uncheck the box next to Do not save encrypted pages to disk. Finally, click the OK button.
