Cannot Download Attachments

Error Received when downloading attachments:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps.

Step 1:

Click the Tools menu.

Then, select the Internet Options... link.

Click Internet Options...

 

Step 2:

Make sure the Advanced tab is selected.

Then, uncheck the box next to Do not save encrypted pages to disk.

Finally, click the OK button.

Click Advanced
