Attaching Files to E-mails
Step 1:You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access and composed and e-mail to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide. Then, follow the steps in our Sending an E-mail guide.
Step 2:When you create a message, click on the Attach button on the top toolbar.
Step 3:Click the Browse... button.
Step 4:Locate the file you wish to attach and click on it once. Then, click the Open button. Step 5:The name of the file should appear in field to the left of the Browse... button. Then, click the Attach button.
Step 6:You will be returned to the e-mail itself. An Attach field will have appeared with the name of the file(s) you attached. If you are done attaching files, click the Send button on the top-left corner of the message. Otherwise, repeat steps 1 through 5 until you have attached all the files you wish. Note: Remember, there is a limitation on Microsoft Exchange Labs attachments. You may only attach files with a total size of 20 megabytes of data. Congratulations!
