Setting an Appointment
Step 1:You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide. Then, click the Calendar tab on the left window.
Step 2:Click the drop-down arrow next to the New button. Then, click Appointment in the drop-down menu.
Step 3:In the Subject: field, enter the title of the appointment. In the Location: field, enter the location where the appointment is occuring. Edit the Start time: and End time: fields to fit the time and date of the appointment. Check the box in front of Private if you do not want others to see this appointment when they view your calendar. You can include additional details at the bottom of the appointment. Finally, click the Save and Close button.
Step 4:To verify your appointment has been set correctly, navigate to the date of the appointment using the calendar on the top-left or the arrows below the New button. Then use the scroll bar on the right side of the Calendar to navigate to the time of the appointment.
Step 5:You may then modify the appointment information by double-clicking on the appointment. Alternatively, you may delete the appointment by right-clicking on it and then left-clicking Delete in the pop-up menu.
