Turning Off the blind and low vision experience

Symptoms:

If you find your Outlook web does not display features such as e-mail preview or various view options in calendar you may have your Blind and Low Vision option set.  Please take the following steps to disable this option:

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

Once you have done so, click the Options link in the top-right corner.

Step 2:

Click on Accessibility.

Click on accessibility

 

Step 3:

Make sure the box for Use the blind and low vision experience is unchecked.

Finally, click the Save button.

uncheck use blind and low vision experience then click save

Congratulations! You have successfully turned off the blind and low vision experience. The next time that you sign into Windows Live you will have access to all of the features.
