Adding Contacts (Outlook Web Access)
You must be successfully launched Windows Live Messenger through Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Logging In Windows Live Messenger through Office Outlook Web Access guide.
Then, double click on Add Contact.
A window will pop up.
Then, type the IM Address of the contact you wish to add in the field for IM Address.
Then, press Enter.
