Viewing Delivery Reports

You can view delivery reports in Windows Live to determine details of when e-mails were sent and received.

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

 

Step 2:

Right-click on one of your e-mails.

Then, left-click Open Delivery Report in the pop-up menu that appears.

Step 3:

If you receive a warning that the pop-up was blocked, click the Yes button to continue.

Click Yes

 

Step 4:

The Submitted section will list the details for when the message was sent.

The Delivered section will list the details for when the message was received.

Review the Report
