Print Allocations
Current students are allotted $17.50 (equivalent to 350 single-sided black and white prints) approximately two calendar days prior to the start of the semester or two days after registering for classes, which occurs later. Faculty and staff will have a similar allocation in support of teaching and learning. Once a allotment has been depleted, printing will be billed to the user's Flex account. Unused print credit balances do not roll over term to term and will be cleared from the account approximately one week after the term ends.
Visitors to the university will need to purchase a Guest Printing Card from Media Services (Odum Library 1st Floor) or Circulation (Odum Library 2nd Floor) in order to print. These are available in units of $2.00 or $5.00 with a $1.00 processing charge per card. These cards cannot be reloaded and will not be replaced in the case of loss or theft.
Student Organizations have the option to purchase a reloadable blank flex card from the 1Card Office for a specified dollar amount with a $15.00 processing fee per card as an alternative to using the personal allocations of their individual members.

Replacement of Damaged Prints
There will be no cash refunds nor will funds be credited to the 1Card account. Damaged prints, however, can be replaced. In order to do so, please bring the damaged print to the respective computer lab monitors or the IT Helpdesk.
Replacements will be offered under the following circumstances:
- Paper jam
- Streaks, blurs or smudges
- Light, faded or poor image quality
- Nonsensical or illegible printing
- Any equipment or system error
Replacements will NOT be offered under the following circumstances:
- Too many pages or copies of a document
- Misspelled words
- Wrong page numbers
- Printed wrong document
- Incorrect print settings
