Downgrading Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or Above to Mozilla Firefox 2.0

To downgrade, you will need to remove the existing version of Firefox and install the Firefox 2.0. The instructions will walk you through both sets of steps.

Step 1:

Click Start. Then, click Control Panel.

Step 2:

Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

Step 3:

Once the list is generated, click Mozilla Firefox. It will now be highlighted in blue. Then, click the Remove button.

Step 4:

The Mozilla Firefox Uninstall window will appear. Click the Next button.

Click Next

 

Step 5:

Click the Uninstall button.

Click Uninstall

 

Step 6:

Click the Finish button.

Click Finish

 

Step 7:

Download Firefox 2.0 from our webpage. Save it to a location where you can locate it, such as your desktop. Then, double-click on its icon.

If you receive a security warning, click the Run button.

Step 13:

Click the Finish button.

Click Finish
