Adjusting Temporary Internet File Caching in Internet Explorer
Step 1:
Click the Tools menu. Then, click Internet Options.
Step 2:
Next to Browsing History, click Settings.
Step 3:
Select Every time I visit the webpage.
Then click OK.
Step 4:
Click OK.
