installing AVG free edition 2013

Step 1:

Note: Please do not install AVG Free Edition on computers that are owned by Valdosta State University, as Information Technology centrally manages the anti-virus software and systems that protect all institutional equipment.

Download AVG Free Edition from our downloads page.

Note: If you are running Windows Vista, you must be logged in as the computer administrator to perform these steps.

 

Step 2:

If you receive a security warning, click the Run button.

Click on the run Button

 

Step 3:

The installation process will begin. When prompted select your language, and click the Next button.

Select Language, click next

 

Step 4:

Read through the terms of agreement, and then click the Accept button.

Read through terms, click accept

 

 

Step 5:

Selct Basic protection, then click Next button.

Select Basic protection, click next

 

Step 6:

Click the radio button in front of Express Installation. Then, click the Next button.

Select Express Installation radio button

 

Step 7:

Check or un-check boxes next each option, then click Next.

Check or uncheck boxes at your discretion, then select next

The installer will now finish installing AVG 2013 on your computer.
