Changing your User Information
Step 1:
After you have logged into Active Directory, right-click the Valdosta State University icon in the task tray on the bottom-right corner of your desktop.
Then, left-click System Information in the pop-up menu that appears.
Step 2:
Click on either the Office Phone or Title fields to change your user information.
Step 3:
For phone numbers, enter your office telephone number and click the Submit button.
For titles, enter you title you wish to have listed and click the OK button.

Please note that our work request system can only accept emails sent from a VSU email address.
