Document Sharing
Step 1:
Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Step 2:
Double-click the public on 'vsu' (V:) icon. This icon may also be refered to as the shared drive icon.
Step 3:
Double-click the the shared appropriate folder to access documents stored within it. See the list below the picture for details on what is contained in each of these folders.

- Students
- Students will see a folder named class.
- Within this sub-folder, students will see folders for each class they are enrolled in.
- These sub-folders will contain documents the respective instructors are sharing with their class.
- Students will see a folder named class.
- Faculty
- Faculty will see a folder named class.
- Within this sub-folder, faculty will see folders for each class they are teaching.
- By adding files to the respective class sub-folder, faculty can make them available to students enrolled in the class.
- Faculty will also see a folder named dept.
- By adding files to this folder, faculty can make them available to all employees within the department.
- Faculty will see a folder named class.
- Staff
- Staff will see a folder named dept.
- By adding files to this folder, staff can make them available to all employees within the department or division.
- Staff will see a folder named dept.
