Reviewing Your System Information
During the troubleshooting process, a Helpdesk Representative may ask you to provide him or her with system information. This guide will walk you through the steps for locating this information.
Step 1:
After you have logged into Active Directory, right-click the Valdosta State University icon in the task tray on the bottom-right corner of your desktop.
Then, left-click System Information in the pop-up menu that appears.
Step 2:
Provide the Helpdesk Representative with the requested information.
Note: Unlike the screenshot below, the fields on this page should have information listed.
