Retrieving a Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password to access a mailing list you have subscribed to, please use the steps below to have a new password generated and sent to you via e-mail.
Step 1:
Go to the Lighthouse web page.
Step 2:
Scroll down the page until you have located the mailing list you wish to subscribe to. Click on the name of the mailing list.
Step 3:
Locate the section entitled <Insert mailing list name here> Subscribers . Enter your e-mail address in the section marked To unsubscribe from <Insert mailing list name here>... Then, click the Unsubscribe or edit options button.
Step 4:
Locate the section entitled Password reminder. Then, click the Remind button. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you listed in step 3 of this guide.
Congratulations! You have successfully retrieved your mailing list password.
