Campus Lab Print Solution Credit Request

Please use this form to submit requests to have a client’s VSU 1Card or Guest Printing Card credited. Please make sure to inform the client of the following policies and procedures:

  • You will submit this request to the Campus Lab Print Solution Administration who will decide whether or not credit can be issued.
  • Administration will provide a response to the client back within 2 business days.
  • The client will only be contacted if they have provided a valid contact phone number or e-mail address.
  • If a credit can be issued, Administration will credit it back to the card 1 business day after a verdict has been rendered.
  • There will be no cash refunds of any kind
