Windows Live is Valdosta State University's e-mail system. It is also a powerful communication and collaboration platform available to university students, faculty, and staff. The purpose of this page is to provide a consolidated set of online Windows Live resources located on the Helpdesk's website.
The answers to questions such as"What is Windows Live?" and "What should I do if I do not know my username or password?" are located here.
Please read through this documentation prior to using Windows Live for the first time. It will guide you through the steps of activating your account, setting up your security question, and accessing your e-mail. The most important part of this guide is setting up a security question, as this will be your only method to reset your password during the hours that the Helpdesk is closed.
