UC Electronic Sign Guidelines

1. Any User who would like to advertise for their event may e-mail the Event Operations Coordinator at least a week before their desired air date. E-mail: Hannah Spears at hgspears@valdosta.edu

2. The e-mail should include the following:

  • Date the advertisement should run (start date and end date)
  • Message the User would like to be displayed
  • The User is only allotted 4 lines total or 11 characters each

3. The Event Operations Coordinator has the right to deny any electronic sign request for the following reasons:

  • The advertisement was not requested within enough time
  • The advertisement is inappropriate
  • The advertisement is a personal or business announcement
