Registered Student Organizations
| I. A time, date and location should be chosen for the event/ meeting prior to submitting the event to Event Services. Please have an alternate time, date and location in the occurrence of one of the above not being available. |
| II. Come to Event Services in the University Center - North to complete the paperwork or go to www.valdosta.edu/eventservices to submit the paperwork electronically. |
| III. Once your request has been processed, you will be called to pick up your contract for two signatures: the responsible person and/ or the organization's advisor. You will also be contacted if the room is unavailable or if there are any questions to be answered before the reservation can be completed. |
| IV. Once you have the necessary signatures, bring the contract back to Event Services, a copy will be made for your records after the Director or Coordinator signs the contract. No contract will be valid until the contract has been returned to Event Services. |
| V. Make sure you keep your copy of the contract with you at the time of your event/ meeting for proof of reservation. |
