Registered Student Organizations

 
I. A time, date and location should be chosen for the event/ meeting prior to submitting the event to Event Services. Please have an alternate time, date and location in the occurrence of one of the above not being available.
 
II. Come to Event Services in the University Center - North to complete the paperwork or go to www.valdosta.edu/eventservices to submit the paperwork electronically.
 
III. Once your request has been processed, you will be called to pick up your contract for two signatures: the responsible person and/ or the organization's advisor. You will also be contacted if the room is unavailable or if there are any questions to be answered before the reservation can be completed.
 
IV. Once you have the necessary signatures, bring the contract back to Event Services, a copy will be made for your records after the Director or Coordinator signs the contract. No contract will be valid until the contract has been returned to Event Services.
 
V. Make sure you keep your copy of the contract with you at the time of your event/ meeting for proof of reservation.
