  1. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM in the President's = Dining Room,=20 Palms Dining Center=20
  2. Special Order of the Day - Dr. Bailey presented the Employee of = the=20 Quarter Certificate and Check to Ms. Debbie Conrad. Dr. Bailey = also=20 presented certificates to the finalists: Patricia Jeter, Deloris = Hargett,=20 Dolly Neely, Beverly Phelps, and Lina Wallace.=20
  3. Minutes of the November 12, 1996 meeting were approved with one=20 correction. Under Treasurer's Report it should read:

    3. Welfare - The committee met on November 18, 1996 along with = several=20 others from campus to discuss the Retirement Walkway. We are trying = to=20 design a pamphlet about the Retirement Walkway.=20
    4. Salary Study - Information is being put into the computer. =

    1. Parking was discussed. The Welfare committee will be looking = into this=20 situation.
