COSA: Election Materials

The guidelines for candidacy are:

  • You must be a full-time, benefited staff member who has been employed longer than (6) six months.
  • You must provide the following information by completing the nomination form.
    • 1.) Your signature, indicating your willingness to serve on COSA and that you have discussed this time commitment with your supervisor
    • 2.) The following information on the nomination form, which will be published on the ballot:
      • a. Current title
      • b. Current department/unit
      • c. Length of service in current department/unit and at VS
