  <LI>Treasurer's Report - COSA currently has $1,285.74=20
  <LI><B>Committee Reports</B>=20

    <LI>Elections (see old business below)=20
    <LI>Policy - No Report=20
    <LI>Welfare - No Report=20
    <LI>Parking Appeals - The last meeting no one showed.=20
    <LI>Employee Recognition - Nominations for the Spring Quarter were =
closed=20
    last Friday, April 7. The winner will be announced at the May =
meeting.=20

    <LI>Staff Development - No Report </LI></OL>
  <LI><B>Reports from the Chair</B>=20

    <LI>The next Administrative Council meeting will be May 2, 1995. =

  <LI><B>Old Business</B>=20

    <LI>Elections. Elections will be held April 14-21. All ballots will =
be=20
    picked up on Friday, April 21 at noon. Sandra Denson will lock up =
the=20
    ballots in her safe until the Elections Committee can tally the =
votes the=20
    following week. This election will be as large as the first initial=20
    election. The committee suggested that next year's committee change =
the=20
    process to make it more streamlined. </LI></OL>
  <LI><B>New Business</B>=20
  <OL>
    <LI>Blake Griffin requested that the letter Dr. Bailey sends to =
supervisors=20
    regarding COSA members being allowed to attend meeting, etc. be sent =
to the=20
    new supervisor in Plant Operations, Bob Delong. He also suggested =
that this=20
    be given to all new supervisors in a packet when they are hired. =

  <LI><B>Other Business</B>=20
  <OL>
    <LI>Inman Grimsley announced that a financial planning program will =
be=20
    offered for faculty and staff on May 2 and 3. It's more than =
learning to=20
    invest your money, it includes understanding money as well. A notice =
will be=20
    sent to all departments.=20
    <LI>Concerns were brought up regarding sick leave charges in Plant=20
    Operations. If an individual's leave drops below 35% of the total =
eligible=20
    time, they are put on a list. The people on the list must submit a =
doctor's=20
    excuse each day they are out sick in order to get paid for the sick =
day. No=20
    charge was made to a committee to look at this rule in Plant =
Operations=20
