Registration Fees and Cancellation policy
Registration fees include a $50 non-refundable deposit
Registration Fees:
$550 Prior to June 13, 2013 (Registration with full payment or confirmed school purchase order.)
$625 After June 13, 2013 (Registration with full payment or confirmed school purchase order.)
Registrations received after June 18, 2013 will incur additional shipping charges of $20.
Registrations requiring the overnight shipment of materials will be charged an additional $30.
Registrations will not be considered as confirmed
until a completed registration form and payment (or confirmed school purchase order) are received.
Registrations may be accepted on the first day of class on a space available basis. However, walk-in registrants may experience a delay in receiving their course materials. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
Registration fees include the following:
- APSI course specific materials bundle
- Notebook with consultant developed instructional materials
- Review copies of subject specific textbooks as ordered by the course consultant
- Morning continental breakfast
- Morning and afternoon refreshments
Cancellation and refund policy:
Registration fees include a $50 non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations received prior to May 20, 2013 will receive a full refund (minus the $50 deposit)
- Cancellations received between May 21 and June 8 will receive a partial refund of $250
- Cancellations received after June 8 will not receive a refund. However, a substitute may be sent in place of the original registrant.
Certificate and PLU Credit Requirements:

Participants who miss more than 10% of the AP Summer Institute will not be given a certificate of completion.
Participants wishing to earn PLU credit must complete and return a Prior Approval form before the course begins. This form will be sent to you with your registration receipt. A Letter of Completion will be sent to the school system designee as indicated on the Prior Approval form upon the participant’s successful completion of the course. Successful completion requires that the College Board attendance requirement is met and that the course facilitator signs the completion form indicating all class requirements were met.

Here are the halls that will be available for summer. In addition, linen packages will be available this summer for $10. The packages include a sheet, blanket, pillow, towel and wash cloth .
