Student Development Organization

The Student Development Organization promotes student research, presentations, and competition, as well as intellectual growth, artistic performance and other non-athletic based activities. SDO provides students with financial support enabling them to formally participate in international, national, regional and local events. This organization functions primarily through the disbursement of funds derived from charitable contributions. Its support enables students to travel to research sites, present papers at symposia, perform, and compete. Helping outstanding students excel and adding to VSU's reputation is our goal.
